For new food businesses, specifically, please complete a copy of the Intake Form [link tbd] and submit to FEPlanReview@delaware.gov.

What types of businesses can use the DPH Permits portal?

The DPH Permits portal currently supports businesses with bedding, plumbing, food establishment, body art establishment, public pool, migratory agricultural labor housing camp, or recreational camp permits.

How do I find my permit information?

All permit information, including permit number, status, and printable certificates, can be found on the “Permits” page within the portal.

Can I pay permit renewal invoices or fees through the portal?

Yes! All invoices can be paid virtually through the DPH Permits portal through the GoDE service.

Do I need to make separate accounts if I own multiple businesses?

The DPH Permits portal is designed to manage all of your accounts, permits, and invoices all from one spot. Contact the appropriate office (see below) to get access to all of your business information in one spot.
