Overview

The Pathways to Thriving Summit is a statewide event hosted by the Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH) Bureau of Health Equity to advance health outcomes and well-being for all Delawareans. Leaders from health care and public health, housing, education, economic and workforce development, transportation, criminal justice, and other sectors will collaborate to explore strategies that strengthen conditions for individuals and communities to thrive.

What to Expect

This summit moves beyond traditional health topics to address root causes of health inequities — including safe housing, healthy food access, education, and health care — through coordinated, cross-sector action. Participants will take part in interactive breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, planning workshops, and more to help build stronger partnerships and practical ideas to improve health across Delaware.
