The Division of Public Health is offering special back-to-school and sports physicals at one clinic in each county. The physicals are by appointment only and are open to all Delawareans looking for a back-to-school or state approved sports physical this year. Insurance will be accepted and the maximum out-of-pocket cost is $20, regardless of insurance status. To schedule an appointment, call the appropriate clinic listed below.
